Micus, who joined the organization in 2005, has been cited for an “out-of-the-box management style” that has escalated the branch’s growth, fueled the local economy through the addition of new advisors, and resulted in an upcoming relocation to bigger office space within Scottsdale.
Grayhawk named Colin Oas as Director of Tournament Sales for the high-end, daily-fee golf club. In this new role, Oas is responsible for generating group golf outing leads, customizing group packages, and organizing golf tournaments for hotel partners, corporations, and charitable organizations. Oas also will spearhead an innovative e-mail outreach program designed to open the lines of communication with the club’s existing customers as Director of Digital Communications.

The Bison Homes team of Percheron horses earned first place in the “Best Overall” entry at the 55th Annual Parada del Sol Parade on Feb. 23 in Old Town Scottsdale. The horses impressed the judges with their regal presence, beauty, and teamwork. The six-horse hitch worked as a finely-tuned unit under the guidance of their handler/driver Gary Keck and his group of wranglers.
